Police previously confirmed officers attended the site on South Creek Road, Cromer, at around 10.45am yesterday.
A “few” bones were dug up.
The bones have been sent for forensic examination, but this morning police said the results showed the bones did not belong to a person.
No further investigation will be conducted.
