Nap Queen Mattresses Recalled Due to Fire Hazard. What You Should Know
[ad_1]
Select Nap Queen Victoria Hybrid mattresses available recalled for potential fire hazard, according to the US Consumer Product Safety Commission. Approximately 117,200 Nap Queen Victoria beds do not meet mandatory federal flammability regulations. The recall affects all bed heights and sizes manufactured between February 2020 and October 2023.
Nap Queen Victoria mattresses are sold on the brand’s website and through several major retailers such as Target, Walmart, Home Depot, Wayfair and Bed Bath and Beyond. Their prices range from $160 to $375.
Although no injuries have been reported, if you have recently purchased a Nap Queen Victoria mattress, stop using it immediately. To find out if your mattress is part of the recall, check the white label on the cover, which includes the model number and date of manufacture.
You won’t get a refund or a new bed, but the brand will provide a fitted cover to put on the bed for free. This will ensure that your bed is no longer a fire hazard and meets federal requirements. The Page of the Nap Queen summoner advises you to contact the company directly at recall@napqueens.com or +1 866-387-6239 to obtain your coverage.
Similar recalls for potential fire hazards have been made in the past few months by mattress brands such as GhostBed, albeit on a much smaller scale. Nap Queen had different recall above flammability standards for the Maxima Hybrid mattress last year.
