Motorbike rider dies in hospital after serious crash with car in Aldinga

A young motorcyclist died in hospital after a serious accident in Adelaide.
An emergency response was triggered when A 21-year-old rider’s bike collided with a car at the intersection of Main South Rd and Malpas Rd in the Aldinga around 16:30 on Tuesday.
The motorcyclist, from Aldinga Beach, was airlifted to the Royal Adelaide Hospital, where he died on Thursday.
The 24-year-old female driver of the car involved – a Honda CRV – was uninjured and is currently assisting police with their enquiries.

The crash closed Main South Rd for several hours on Tuesday while major crash investigators examined the scene.
The man’s death is the 38th fatality on South Australia’s roads this year.
