Keating shared a photo of his arm tattoo, which shows a long-haired female warrior carrying a sword.
“To you my warrior today and everyday,” he wrote.
“My Stormi. A challenge ahead, but your strength astounds me.
“With you every step of the way.
“I love you baby.”
Keating has been married to his wife of 42 years since 2015.
The couple met on The X Factor Australia in 2010.
They share two children, a son named Cooper, 7, and a daughter, Coco, 4.
Fans rushed to the comments section of Keating’s post to say they hoped everything was okay.
One famous fan — an Australian singer and actress Natalie Bassingthwaite – was one of the first to express her concern.
“Sending you both so much love,” she said.
“I hope it’s okay.”
“I hope Storm is ok, I love the tattoo. Sending lots of love and positive prayers,” another fan wrote.
“Hope all is well, whatever – you got that Storm,” added a third.
One fan was hoping for more clarification.
“I’m missing the story here, can someone fill in the blanks please?” the follower wrote.
However, Keating has not publicly clarified his post, which was shared Instagram on Tuesday morning UK time.
“This is the most romantic thing I’ve ever read! You two are meant to be and your love will see you through anything,” one follower noted.
“Storm is an amazing strong positive lady I hope she is ok,” said another follower.
Both Ronan and Storm Keating regularly share insights into their family life social media.
Storm Keating’s latest post, shared on Monday, shows her sitting on a patch of grass eating ice cream with her two children.
“One of those days when you spontaneously decide not to rush back to the office and instead free up the afternoon so you can detour to the playground,” she wrote.
“These are the best days,” wrote one follower.
“This is the meaning of life,” said another.
Storm is Ronan Keating’s second wife.
His first was Yvonne Connolly, whom he married in 1998.
The couple have three children together: son Jack, born in 1999, and daughters Marie (born 2001) and Ali (born 2005).
The famous couple split in 2010 after it was revealed that Keating had been having a seven-month affair with one of Boyzone’s back-up dancers, Francine Connell.
Keating became a grandfather at the age of 46 when his son Jack announced in March 2023 that he had become the father of a baby girl.
Just months later, in July 2023, the pop singer older brother Ciaran died in a car accident in Ireland.
In an Instagram post a month later, Keating praised Storm for her unwavering love and support following the tragedy.
Sharing a video montage of the pair together as they mark their wedding anniversary, he described Storm as “something special”.
“Thank you for your absolute unwavering honesty and love. Without you I would be in a very dark place,” he wrote.
“Your love is my compass.
“It’s always hard for me to be apart, but knowing he’s there always brings me back to safety.
“Happy anniversary. In this life and in every one the universe gives after that, I will find you.
“No two spirits are more closely related.
“I love you Baba. X.”
